No! The Platinum Card is available to patients and non-patients. Your glasses and contact lens prescriptions are welcome at Ocala Eye Optical - and bring your Platinum Card for extra savings!
Where can I get the Platinum Member Card?
The card is only available as a marketing promotion through the Ocala Eye website by filling out the registration form above or by calling Ocala Eye at (352) 622-5183. The card is not available at any clinic location.
If I forget my card, can I still receive my benefits and discounts at checkout?
No. The card works like a coupon and as such it must be present each and every time you make a purchase. You can order your glasses or contacts, but must bring the card when payment is due to receive any discounts.
What if I lose my card? Can I get a replacement?
Yes, just fill out another registration form - replacement cards are not available at Ocala Eye locations.
