Ocala Eye Optical is in need of a full-time Optical Manager to oversee retail and lab operations at three primary clinics located in Ocala and The Villages. The Optical Manager candidate must demonstrate a proven record of business growth, industry knowledge and customer service leadership skills. Expectations are to grow topline revenue by exceeding customer expectations and excellent customer service with profitability that exceeds industry benchmarks.
